An international company in Beijing Financial Street District has immediate need for a Tradesman, Maintenance. Will be a native Mandarin speaker with English skills both oral and written to read and understand technical documents to perform general, period, and repair maintenance. Duties to include but not limited to: inspection and repair of doors and door hardware, raised flooring, wall and ceiling repairs and painting, carpet repair, realignment, and replacement, windows and windows hardware, cabinets and cabinet hardware, and key lock systems. Must have the ability to analyze problems, development solution(s) to resolve, and work with Electrical and/or Mechanical Tradesmen in corrective action to correct issue(s).
