摘要：通过对已有文献的归纳和整理，研究不同国家、不同区域、不同层次的产权交易市场的组织形态，比较会员制与公司制交易所的差异，并分析了从会员制交易所到公司制交易所的选择动因，在对中国产权交易市场组织结构现状及其特点研究的基础上，进行了中国产权交易所行政事业制向公司制组织变革的设计，探讨了公司制产权交易所的过渡模式选择。
