非限定性定语从句

正确答案是B吗? 为什么可以用THAT?

定语从句中当先行词是物的时候，引导词可以用that 和 which， 但在非限定性定语从句中，先行词和引导词有“逗号”隔开的话，就不能用that， 这个句子中 containing some experiments 是现在分词做seience的后置定语，定语从句是修饰 experients， 这里没有逗号隔开，所以可以that，当然也可以用which， 但是A选项中时态错了，can应该用过去时。

b. that could be done
为什么可以用THAT? 因为experiments 前有不定代词some。只能用that ,不能用which
