Abstract: Medium and small-sized enterprises (SMEs) is an everlasting topic for the whole world, and an increasing number of countries have realized the importance of SMEs in developing national economy. As an important force in a national economy, SMEs played an important role in promoting market competition, creating jobs, pushing forward economic development and maintaining social stability. In recent years, with the continuous development of Chinese economy, SMEs have become the most active players in the industry structure.
