1. depends on if you have Email address. please go to step 2 if you have one; if you don't have, let's take yahoo for instance, open internet explore, write www.yahoo.com into address bar, then apply for one new email address following the directions required by the applying process.
2. open your email, press CREAT or NEW MAIL button, type your receiver's email address in SEND TO bar, and the main subject in SUBJECT bar.
3. write down your email into the BODY part.
4. if you would like to send some materials or documents or pictures from your own computer, you could enclose the documents into your ATTACHMENT.
5. you'd better recheck all words before you send it out.
6. press SEND when you finish all and satisfied with your email.
7. now here we go!
