用英文婉转拒绝客人

客人下了订单后，要改颜色，但这会给工厂造成很大的麻烦，如果要拒绝他，用英文怎么写会比较婉转呢，让他也能体会到我们的难处呢，也了解到不是想改就可以改的。同是也让他感觉到我们已经也是在帮她，但确实是没办法，因为太晚了。谢谢。如果有其他的和客人打交道的，也可以讨论以下了，就是如果用英文去说服客户或处理客户的投诉。

Dear Sir,

Thank you for ordering our products and we will deliver them to you as soon as possible. However, we can not accept your request about changing the colour of products. Since there are some policies about remodeling products in our factory, it is not easy to do it just as required. In addition, it will be a great trouble to us for changing the colour of products you ordered with a late request.
