恩，说句实话，你找的这东西主要是是关于online learning 的,但CMC不仅仅如此，太不具有概括性了，也许你不明白我的意思，我是说在CMC领域，包括IM（即时通讯），CSCW（计算机支持协同工作）,E-mail,V-mail,online discussion group,MUD等等方面，SI都会有影响，我需要的是一个一定高度上的定义，而非在某个具体的领域~~~~不过还是谢谢你了，辛苦了
