〔目的〕 通过对青少年出国留学人员艾滋病知识的调查,了解留学生对艾滋病知识的认知程度及对艾滋病的态度和观念。为制订有效的健康教育计划提供依据。〔方法〕 以方便抽样的方法，采用由中国疾病预防控制中心提供的《预防疾病有关知识调查表（学生）》，对上海某体检中心15-29岁的青少年出国留学人员进行有关艾滋病知识的调查。调查数据使用SPSS软件进行统计分析。〔结果〕 调查发现各有67.2%和48.4%调查对象通过电视广播或报纸杂志等大众媒体获取艾滋病知识，仅有19.1%的人是通过学校的生理卫生课了解的艾滋病。关于艾滋病传播途径的知晓率比较高，平均为87.8%。少数问题如蚊虫叮咬以及接吻和共用洗浴设备是否会传染艾滋病等正确率仅为42.7%和58%。77.9%的调查对象知道避孕套可以预防艾滋病，65.6%的对象知道艾滋病没有药物可预防。部分（6.8%）对象对艾滋病人存在歧视现象，74%的对象希望增加了解艾滋病的预防和治疗方法的知识。〔结论〕鉴于留学生的特殊情况，在出境留学人员中开展艾滋病健康教育十分重要。
