本工程规模大，空间分布广，幕墙结构各不相同，分有石材幕墙、框式玻璃幕墙、点式玻璃幕墙、铝板幕墙等，各立面分布较复杂，施工工作面较大，同时本工程施工工期十分紧张，针对此特点，经本项目施工方案研讨小组讨论，制定如下施工方案：
根据本工程幕墙立面空间位置分布不同及功能分区不同，将本工程划分为A、B、
两大区域进行平行施工。A区主要包括主楼建筑体部分，B区包括裙房建筑的部分，各区再根据幕墙空间分布位置不同及形式的差异再划分为不同的施工段进行流水作业。
通过两部作业，可充分利用工作面，缩短时间，加快施工进度；通过流水作业，优化配
置劳动力资源及设备资源，使各种资源得到最充分的利用。本工程规模大，施工期间其他单位可能同时施工，并对我方的施工产生影响，为保证工期，在按以上流水段划分进行施工外，亦要根据现场情况进行应变施工。
任务安排
本工程施工队伍分测量放线班、铝龙骨钢结构安装班、石材幕墙安装班、框式玻璃幕墙安装班、金属板幕墙安装班、打胶班。各区各设一施工队长，负责本区的施工分配、任务划分、人员调配，对本区施工进度、质量负直接责任。各区根据流水段的划分及工程量配置施工队伍的数量。原则上两区的队伍相互独立，各自完成本区的任务[遇特殊情况本区施工无法展开时，由项目经理统一调配至其他区域]。各区的工作分队分别负责各自的专业分项，对不同阶段、立面不同进行流水作业。一切工序必须根据安排的综合进度计划合理穿插作业。
