当事人结婚的，必须双方亲自到一方户口所在地的婚姻登记管理机关申请结婚登记。
申请时，应持下列证件和证明：
（一）户口簿证明
（二）居民身份证
（三）所在单位、村民委员会或者居民委员会出具的婚姻状况证明
（四）在实行婚前健康检查的地方，男、女双方必须到指定的医疗保健机构进行婚检，并提供婚前健康检查证明
（五）男、女双方一寸免冠照片各一张，合影照三张。
