GD-105医用汽化电切镜与冷光源及高频电切发生器互联使用，主要用于腔内手术时的诊断、检查和电切用。
二、主要技术参数
电切镜由内窥镜、电切器、鞘套、闭孔器、电极、导光束等组成。

三、使用方法
1、 将闭孔器插入鞘套，顺时针旋转快速接头与鞘套连接。
2、 将内窥镜插入电切器、顺时针旋转快速接头与电切器连接，再将电极安装到电切器上。
3、 将鞘套插入尿道，拔出闭孔器，插入电切器，顺时针旋转快速接头与鞘套连接。
4、 用硅胶管连接于鞘套进水接口，注入葡萄糖溶液。
5、 将导光束的一端连接于内窥镜，另一端连接于冷光源，开启电源既可进行电切手术。
6、 将高频电线的一端连接于电切器，另一端连接于高频电切发生器，开启电源既可进行电切手术。
七、注意事项
1、 在手术前，应将电切镜全部安装完毕，并达到使用要求，操作灵活；然后将电切镜插入至手术状态，待需电切手术时再将高频导线插入高频电切设备的输出插口，以免操作失误时对患者或操作者产生安全伤害；手术完毕后即刻拔掉高频导线。
2、 内窥镜的内部装有多组光学透镜，其中有些是胶合起来的，很容易因振动或掉在地上而摔坏，透镜只要一开胶或断裂就无法成像。因此要谨防碰撞、振动、掉落，要轻拿轻放。
3、 内窥镜的物镜、目镜端面等均为光学玻璃，受潮湿易发霉。因此，每次清洗、消毒完毕应用棉球将其擦干，有条件的最好放在干燥器内。
4、 电切镜每次使用完毕后，应彻底清洗、擦干，涂上医用硅油或凡士林以防锈蚀。
5、 导光束不可过分弯曲、拉长、受压，以免损坏光导纤维，影响导光性能。
6、 电切镜使用完毕后，应存放在专用箱内，要摆放整齐，切不可交叉重叠放置，以防压坏、变形影响使用；并应保存于相对湿度不超过 80%，且通风、干燥、无腐蚀性气体的清洁室内。
7、 每次使用前，必须检查插入人体部分的器械是否有引起安全伤害的粗糙表面，尖锐边缘或突出物，也检查互连使用的冷光源
