一个关于出国留学的问题

我是国内一个非重点大学的大二学生（本科）
英语翻译专业，想到英国念人力资源管理或是环境工程方面的硕士
请问，会不会很难？还有，哪些大学的这类专业会收转专业的学生
雅思7分我会没问题，平时成绩也很好，但没多少经验
希望有人能指点一下，谢谢落
