如何缓解高考前的压力

总感觉复习不到位 压力很大 十分压抑

1,have a talk with your mum or dad,seriously!
2,do the reviews acoording to the exam-time,e.g. 9:00 -- 12:00 Chinese
3,trust yourself, and if you have done enough,then don't push yourself to do more
4,there is realy no great differense between `good` or `bad` univers,so do not think too much about it!
5,keep yourself always fit,do some sports and have a nice sleep everyday
6,for 'coupels',this is realy a bad time to think of 'love',because you are running out of time and you can't understand the true meaning of 'love' at all.(who else can ?)
