how要接的中心词是形容词和副词
what要接的中心词是名词
nice flowers中心词是后面的flower，名词，所以用what开头
比如：what a nice day!天气很不错！(很好的一天)
又如：How nice the weather is!天气很不错！
What nice flowers!可以改为How nice the flowers are!
