[摘要] 目的 通过对某医院5例白内障手术后突发眼内感染病例感染因素的调查分析，为制定针对性的控制措施，防范类似感染事件的继续发生提供依据。方法 对白内障手术后眼内感染病例进行个案调查，并采用现场流行病学及实验室检测方法对感染发生相关因素进行采样检测和比较分析，从而查找出感染发生的危险因素。结果 现场调查发现，该医院的眼科专用手术室不符合内眼手术适用要求；眼科手术显微镜物表检出条件致病菌；用于内眼手术关键设备灭菌处理的小型快速灭菌器灭菌效果不合格。结论 该起白内障手术后感染事件有明显的病种、感染场所和影响因素的聚集性，感染的发生属外源性和医源性，呈现局部小规模爆发态势。经对调查发现的缺陷针对性地采取控制措施后，未再出现类似感染，表明对该医院眼科内眼手术的感染控制及其整改措施已获得初步成效。
