第二种是外星制造说。很多人相信，麦田怪圈大多是在一夜之间形成，很可能是外星人的杰作。
第三种也是流传较为广泛的说法是人造说。相当一部分人认为，所谓麦田怪圈只是某些人的恶作剧。但是至今科学家没有麦田怪圈是人为构造的证据（No Physical Evidence）。

怪圈就是crop circles
Up till now, about 250 crop circles emerge all over the world every year, with varied patterns. However, it remains a pity that over 350 years, scientists still have not agreed upon how these circles form. There are now three primary explanations for the formation.
The first one is magnetism theory. Some experts think that there is a kind of mysterious moving force within the magnetic field, which produces electricity. It is what causes the crops to lie on the ground. The positive and negative charges produced by transformers and irrigating device will collide and release electromagnetic power, striking down the crops and forming crop circles.
The second is extraterrestrial theory. Many people believe that the crop circles formed in a single night can probably be a masterpiece of aliens.
The third and also a widely-prevailing one is artificial theory. Quite a number of people think that the so-called crop circles are merely the mischief by someone.
