因此针对具体的生产过程和废水特性进行合理的废水处理站设计是很必要的。本课题是针对某制药厂的生产情况进行制药废水处理站的设计，对不同的处理方案在经济和技术上进行比较而选取了切实可行的处理方案, 研究表明，从处理效果看，HA-SBR较SBR有一定的优势，并根据工程设计的基本原则，在该方案中对各种工艺流程的功能作了充分说明，主要构筑物的形式都进行了比较并选择了最优的形式。针对污染物参数，参照各种相关的规定对各工艺构筑物进行了设计计算。最终使出水参数达到《污水综合排放标准》GB8978-1996中的二级标准。
