摘要：在水浴温度为70、80、90、100℃条件下用不水浴热时间提取热研2号柱花草叶蛋白，并测定其中粗蛋白质的含量。结果表明：在水浴温度100℃、水浴时间5min时提取的热研2号柱花草叶蛋白和LPC粗蛋白质的含量最高。
