Our standard of living is to high today, in comparing with 20 years ago. 20 years ago, kids used to bike to school, now they get taken by car. 20 years ago, they used to take homemade sanwiches to school, now they can aford to buy junk food.20 years ago, we did'nt have play station, so they kicked a footbal or climbed a tree. We are killing our kids with kindness and spoil them rotten.
More exercise and less junk food = healty kids.
