【摘要】 直邮广告,英文为Direct Mail,简写为DM,译为“直邮邮件”、“广告信函”、“直接邮寄函件”等,是指运用个人资讯( Personal Information )的功能,通过DM媒体进行寄递,创造顾客的一种方式。直邮广告作为一种传媒,现如今充分地运用在销售过程中,为销售提供了一种技术手段,不同的企业、不同的产品都能通过直邮广告进行宣传。
作为以直销模式取胜的戴尔公司主要采用直邮这种广告宣传方式,本文着重研究在戴尔直销模式下直邮广告的运作模式、成功之处和启示。全文分为两个章节,每个章节的主要内容如下:
第一章主要对直邮广告的概念、发展、形式和特点做一个系统的介绍。
第二章以个案形式阐述了戴尔的直销模式和直邮广告的制作流程。
最后是对全文的总结,通过对戴尔直邮广告的分析得出的结论。

Abstract : Direct mail advertising, abbreviated as DM, is translated as "direct mail", "Advertising letter", "direct-mail letters." and so on.It refers to a method of creating customers with DM media delivery by using of personal information function. As an advertising media, direct mail is now fully utilized in the sales process to provide a sales and technical means. Different businesses and different products can be settled through direct mail advertising.As a direct marketing model, the Dell mainly uses this direct mail advertising. This paper studies the Dell direct model's operation mode, successes and enlightenment. This paper is divided into two sections and the major elements of each section are as follows:
