1,Payment will be through bank of Latvia on terms of 100 % of an advance payment on each party of the Goods.
2. Party A allows Party B commission at a rate of 5% of total contract FOB value. The commission fee shall be paid in US Dollars within 7 bank days after reception by Party A total payment for each shipped of the Goods.

1、付款为预付货物全款，即100％货款通过拉脱维亚银行预先支付。
2、甲方同意支付乙方合同FOB价总值5％的佣金。佣金将在甲方收到每比发货货款之后的7个银行工作日内，以美金结算支付给乙方。
货物的全部款项将以提前支付方式汇至拉脱维亚银行。
A方同意B方以全部合同离岸价值的5％计算佣金。在A方收到全部货款后，佣金将在7个银行工作日内以美元支付。
