摘要: 在旅游活动过程中,导游起到主导作用,导游服务的质量关系到整个旅游产品的质量。要成为一名能够将游客导入愉悦境界的服务大师,就必须要加强自我管理,善于自我管理。目前,导游为了赚取“外块”或私拿“回扣”,大大缩短景点参观时间,使客人疲于奔命。导游强行要求客人参加自费项目,收取过高费用,私自增加购物点或延长购物时间。如客人不参加自费项目或不购物或少购物则降低服务标准,给客人脸色看,甚至甩团,严重损害游客利益。由此看来,导游服务过程中存在着诸多问题。本论文就导游服务市场存在的问题进行探讨分析,进而提出相关的对策。目的在于提高我国旅游业整体服务质量,进一步发展我国旅游业的发展。
