工作职责:
1、查看新股上市（IPO=Initial Public Offerings意思是：“首次公开发行股票，或者说新股上市”)企业的材料，以确保其符合所有的相关条件，并据此制造客户卡片。
2、准备新上市企业图片等资料,将其发送至Greenmarket(音译“格林玛特”)公司的销售部门和在美国的产品设计部门（PDD=prudct design department）,以获得必要的产品确认信息。
3、对照新股上市相关规定，负责为客户认真评估和审批BOM（BOM=Bill Of Material译为“物料清单”）/产品样品/工艺水平，以及提供技术支持。这些样品和产品清单来自格林玛特公司的美国总部的产品设计部和销售部。
4、出于对客户负责，应对照操作说明、客户要求、实验测试标准，来处理操作产品测试工作。确保所有的产品准时通过测试。
5、负责所有的客户诉求，及就服务质量改善方面的反馈；并将这些信息记录在案。
6、将在技术支持中所获取的信息，全部传递给美国总部及格林玛特公司的其他部门。
7、负责将所有产品信息传达给相关岗位员工，并跟单确保员工在日常工作中完成所有的任务。
