PV原理与警力资源调度

摘 要:在当今这个飞速发展的社会,人类文明得到了长足的进步。但是,各种各样的犯罪仍在不断的危害着人民的安全和国家的发展。打击犯罪、维护社会安全是我们人民警察责无旁贷的光荣使命。随着我国各种犯罪活动发案率的直线上升,我们人民警察肩上的担子也越来越沉重,在我国警力不足的现状下,如何更好的分配警力资源则是我们面临的一个重要课题。把警力作为一种资源来看,那么,如何使有限的资源发挥最大的效率,笔者应用C语言和PV操作原理创建了对我国警力资源进行调度管理的系统,通过把警力资源问题虚拟为生产者与消费者问题,使每个警力资源的出警与待命状态能够处于指挥中心的全面监控下,由上至下进行垂直管理,从而达到使我们警务工作能够高效、全面展开的最终目的。
