基于WWW方式的网络教学是现代教育中的主要发展模式。为了解决教学形式中学生与教师之间答疑交流的困难，进一步完善现代网络教育体系，因此建立了网上答疑系统。网上答疑系统的建立使我们有了一种便捷、高效、信息能共享的方法来加强师生之间的学习交流,同时解决了答疑环节中出现的问题,提高了答疑的效率, 促进了学生和教师通过网络实现面对面的学习与交流,从而推动良好学习氛围的形成,提高教学质量.
系统实现了学生提出问题、查询问题，上传与下载问题功能，同时还设置问题的优先显示、访问题量的限定；老师根据问题在线可以给予合适的解答，同时实现老师与学生共同讨论问题。在设计中将asp动态网站技术与数据库技术结合起来，采用asp的ADO方式访问数据库，利用asp技术与SQL查询相结合来实现问题查询。本系统具有动态交互性、开放性和实用性。
