Dear Mr. Jack, The power steering pump pulley is still not correct.
It will work on some of the power steering pumps but not on all of the power steering pumps.
The reason it will not work on all of the pumps is because on some of the pumps the backside of the pulley contacts the ears on the bearing retaining snap ring.
The back of the pulley would need to not be any larger than 23.5mm, where it contacts the bearing race, as this is all the larger the bearing race is.
Also if the pulley were cut concave (curved in) from where it contacts the bearing race up to the pulley this would also eliminate this problem.
The pulleys should all be at least 15mm thick, between where it contacts the bearing race and where the washer and nut tighten it.
This does make the pulley run perfectly straight and will prevent it from being pulled off to the side of the spline.
