my healthy lifestyle
I think I have a healthy lifestyle.I have made a conclusion as following.
Frist and foremost,my eating habit is pretty well.I like eating vegitables and fruits.You konwn a good habit can help us to form a good lifestyle.
Second of all,I have a strict rule for rest and work .I get up at 7:00,and have arest at 22:00. So I have enough slepping time everyday.
Last but not least,I do exersice everyday.I love sports ,such as football,basketball,and so on.
I think a healthy lifestyle is very important for the people who want to aim to teh succese in the future.
