本文选择香港SFC电子有限公司为对象，在分析其采购部门运作的基础上，运用管理学、经济学的相关理论对其进行分析，找出了采购部门运作混乱的主要原因是由于采购人员的对库存控制、供应商管理及产品跟踪、催促等方面没有科学管理的问题所引起的。并运用相关理论，提出了解决问题的相应对策，包括建立科学化的采购体系，有效管理等措施。这些措施对于解决该企业的采购混乱问题具有一定的参考价值，对同类电子企业有抛砖引玉之效。
