随着社会的发展，我们每天接触到的数据与信息越来越多，而计算机的快速发展与普遍化，记录这些多而杂的内容已不是传统的笔、纸可以完整快速的记录下来的，要改变这种现状，必须要寻找出新的科技手段，而计算机的快速发展与普遍化，信息技术也走进了我们的日常工作当中。
为了使学校的财务管理的完善与便捷，凭证管理与帐簿的现代化管理，本设计使用Delphi工具开发一个合适中学财务管理的小系统。
本论文讲述学校财务系统利用Delphi与SQL相结合对会计处理的流程进行设计开发与实现的过程，完成科目设置、建帐、启用新帐簿等。
