Abstract: The traffic safety has aroused society's interest, at present in theworld many transportation research worker is devoting to the reductionroad traffic accident aspect research, however absolutely safe is notimpossible, how falls the traffic accident formation rate to islowest, is the various countries' transportation domain worker'scommon topic. This article applies the traffic safety concept mutually in thegrade separation plan analysis, profits from the domestic and foreignnewest research results, makes every effort to make the comprehensiveanalysis to the highway vehicles security, achieved as far as possiblereduces the transportation , reduces the personnel casualtyand the economic loss goal, enable the highway facility the operationservice level to obtain the effective display, finally enhances theentire strip highway the travelling capability and the service level.
