hello,firends!today let's talk about the eating habit of us.
now we live in a develeping times,our lives become more and more colourful.we often enjoy working for too much time and also only have time to eat fast food.we also fancy kinds of diets,we enjoy it whenever,but the health turn badly.the healthy diet was paid attention by more and more people.as I do,many people begin to eat vedgetables and fruits which would have much more vitamins than fast foods.
