中了epiaumj.exe和pgijhph.exe这病毒该怎么办？？？

中了epiaumj.exe和pgijhph.exe这病毒该怎么办？？？我是在一次开网页中感染的，主要症状是：金山开机不自动运行，手动运行金山没任何反应，安全模式也进不去，一进就重启。请高手指点下~！！！！！！
还有就是进程管理器里，这两EXE无法关闭，用WINRAR查找出位置是在system32下 但是也删除不了。 无法强制删除！！！
