转基因药用苜蓿多糖的提取和测定

摘要：本文通过水煮法对普通苜蓿和转基因苜蓿进行了多糖的提取，通过X射线衍射仪去对比两种苜蓿的区别；后利用苯酚—硫酸法对所得的多糖含量进行了测定，通过对比，发现普通苜蓿和转基因苜蓿中多糖含量的差异。
