急需一篇英语文章，题目" on being my own Engineer"

我是一名学土木工程的学生，我们的专业外语课要一篇小文章，题目是“On being my own Engineer”，内容就是写写你对成为一个工程师的看法，和你对将来的一些想法，或者表一表决心的什么的，随便写点就行，四，五百个词就可以。 但是我急需，需要5月30号晚上九点之前给我。谢谢各位了。
我不知道为什么悬赏分只能设置成100分，但如果有满意答案我会追加200分，也就是一共300分的奖励。
怎么是对话，对话不行的。 如果明天中午还没有人给我满意答案的话，那我只能自己写了。那分可谁都得不到了。

介意你自己随便写写。。然后用雅虎翻译，翻译成英文。不是更好。那样更真实。祝愿你能通过

Manager: You indicated here that you're willing to work 2-3 days OT a week. How about the other days? Why couldn't you use for OT?

Me: I'd like to spend the money I earn to do the things that I like. I'd like to take courses, like photography and dancing classes.

Manager: You didn't indicate those in your hobbies, you mentioned only music, reading and swimming.

Me: Hobbies are things I do for my leisure, I do not know how to dance yet, so, they're not my hobbies. But I wish I could dance.

Manager: (paused) So, your aim is to have a balance life?

Me: It depends on how you define balance life...

Manager: (paused) I don't expect my subordinates to have a balance life, at least for the first two years. The first two years are very important for accelerating your learning process. There won't be much social life.
