摘要
中小企业是国民经济发展中的一支重要力量，在促进经济增长和解决劳动力就业方面起着重要的作用。随着中小企业的快速成长，中小企业融资难的问题日渐突出，如何有效解决中小企业融资难问题已关系到我国构建和谐社会的进度。本文结合实际情况，全面分析了我国中小企业融资现状及造成中小企业融资难的原因，针对中小企业自身管理、金融机构的作用、政府的立法支持及监管等问题，从企业、金融机构和政府力量入手，探索出一条解决我国中小企业融资难题的路径。

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are one of main components of national economy and play an important role in promoting economic growth and resolving employment. With the rapid development of SMEs, the SME financing issues have become increasingly prominent. How to effectively solve the SMEs faced financing problem is related to the building of a harmonious society in China. Based on the actual situation, a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of China's SME financing and the reasons caused SME financing difficulties was conducted. We also analyzed SMEs’ management, the role of financial institutions, the government's support of legislation and regulatory issues. Based on enterprises, financial institutions and the strength of the government, we explored a way to solve the financing problems of SMEs in China.
