[摘 要] 市场的主体是消费者,消费者对企业营销抉择产生根本的影响,成为企业选择营销战略与策略的基本依据。电子商务时代的到来,消费者行为变得越来越复杂,越来越多变,越来越具有层次性和特殊性,这加大了企业正确把握消费者行为模式的难度。
本文针对消费者网络购物行为进行探讨,结合相关的消费理论,从网络文化因素,心理因素,满足消费者个性需求因素等方面着眼分析了消费者网上购买的动机和理由。通过购买行为差异将消费者分成不同的需求层次,分析消费者在电子商务环境下消费模式有哪些改变。最后针对这些改变,探索出了一条企业开展电子商务的渠道,这也是本文的核心所在。
