在本设计中，我们提出了基于DSP(TMS32OLF24O7)的微型直流电机控制系统整体方案，实现对电机控制的数字化处理。系统硬件设计采用以TMS320LF2407为处理器，主要设计内容包括：PWM脉宽调制电路结构及电机驱动器的芯片选择，在实际电路中，我们采用光藕隔离电路实现DSP与电机驱动器的连接；对直流电机的位置检测及控制技术的研究，对于电机的位置检测环节，我们采用光电编码器作为位置量的反馈装置，通过数字PI控制策略，实现直流电机的位置控制，并且给出了DSP控制器的位置检测接口电路。与此同时，我们设计了必要的保护电路。本系统的软件设计采用模块化结构设计，主程序完成芯片初始化、变量的初始化等。服务子程序完成数字PI控制、PWM产生、换向信号产生等。
