本设计主要是对嘉兴中集木业有限公司15层热压机主体部分的设计及改进，一方面我力争在保证热压机框架的强度和刚度及油缸正常工作的前提下缩减其用材量，即尽量地节约钢材使热压机更轻便；另一方面，针对公司所用的热压机热压板加热不均匀的情况进行改进。
本文首先对油缸进行了设计计算，确定油缸能够保证其正常工作后再设计框架并对其较核。其他部件如热压板、液压系统各部件等可通过外购获得，但也在设计中绘制了原理图。
本设计的热压机基本参数如下：公称压力：600T，额定油压：25MPa，热压板尺寸：2700㎜×1300㎜×42㎜，闭合时间：35s，板间净间距：60mm，油缸数：2个。下面便针对以上数据对热压机主体进行设计。
