本设计是采用糖浆上浮技术的4000t/d亚硫酸法甘蔗糖厂初步设计。
其重点是研究采用糖浆上浮技术代替传统硫熏处理糖浆的方法。设计以亚法为基础,采用三段煮糖制度,全产一级白砂糖,赤砂糖回溶。通过采用各种较为成熟工艺流程、技术设备,并强化生产管理严格控制工艺指标来降低糖浆的色值和含硫量。为此,设计使用了华南理工大学设计的浮清器和有滤布真空吸滤机等设备,并在工艺上采用了五效真空蒸发。这些措施能有效优化白砂糖的色值、含硫量、粒度、亮度等理化指标,从而使产品符合市场要求。同时,在考虑生产规模、生产方法、产品方案、经济效益的同时,还注重综合利用及环境保护等问题。
本设计分为以下几部分:(1)总论:生产规模、产品方案、主要技术经济指标;(2)生产工艺:生产方法、生产流程;(3)工艺衡算:物料衡算、热力衡算、设备衡算。
