本文针对电加热炉温度控制系统，利用组态软件PCAuto设计并开发出了对电加热炉运行状态的监控软件，包括画面创建、I/O设备设置、创建数据库、数据连接、动画连接、动作脚本编辑以及数据报表创建等。在控制策略上，本软件采取了非线性PID控制策略，实现了对电加热炉温度的实时监测与控制。实时控制结果表明，非线性PID算法具有控制精度高、调节时间短以及抗干扰能力强的优点。同时，本文提出了电加热炉温度控制方案，并在Matlab环境下，完成了对非线性PID控制器的建模以及整个控制系统的仿真。本监控软件是在多次实验的基础上，经过多次测试完成的，充分考虑到了现场环境等一些不确定因素，具有较强的实用价值。
