塑料成型工艺包括注塑、压塑、吹塑、挤塑等等,注塑成型是塑料加工中最普遍采用的方法,适用于全部热塑性塑料和部分热固性塑料。随着注塑模具工业的发展,模具型腔形状和模具结构越来越复杂,模具精度要求越来越高,而生产周期要求越来越短,计算机辅助设计(CAD)可以适应这种需求而应用日渐广泛。
本文以打印机中一款注塑零件——输纸滚轴,进行注塑模设计,运用SolidWorks软件创建零件,对零件结构进行了工艺分析,并用IMOLD注塑模具设计插件确定了分型面、浇注系统等,选择了注射机,验算了成型零部件的尺寸。采用直浇口,利用直导柱导向,推杆顶料并对模具的材料进行了选择。如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠,最后对模具的寿命及其结构与注射机的匹配进行了校核。最后,绘出整体模架的装配图、零件图、模坯图及个别非标准零件图。
