who 在句子里应该是宾语成分，所以应该用whom

I'd like to make friends around the world.

不要用who:
I like to make friends with people from all over the world.

不要罗嗦的话就直接 I like to make friends from all over the world.
如果一定要定语从句的话 I like to make friends who come from all over the world. I like to make friends who are from all over the world.

原句想说定语从句，但who from all over the world没有定语从句的谓语动词。

用whomever更好,因为介词后面用宾格,或者省略 who,用名词friends代替
