本设计是对南京晓庄学院方山校区生物实验平房的土建和水电安装的工程所设计的工程招标文件。招标文件由投标须知、合同、计价规范与技术规范、工程量清单、图纸和技术资料和投标文件格式组成。本工程划分为一个标段，采用公开招标的方式招标，采用普遍使用的“经评审的合理最低价法”进行评标。使用工程量清单法作为编制技术标的依据，工程造价大概在240万左右，工期为50天。
