订单结束前任何时候买方都可以选择部分或者完全取消订单.接到取消通知后,卖方应当立即停止所有的工作并采取所有可能的措施取消那些为完成订单要求所采购的原材料的采购订单.除非是卖方不能满足订单要求,否则买方同意补偿根据财务程序所确定的卖方产生的实际成本,例如成品,在制品以及仅用于此订单下的产品制造的原材料.如果前面提到的产品买方已经支付费用,则应当为买方所有,卖方应当按照订单要求进行交付.
