A thermos you just purchased for $8.95 has a serious leak. The grape drink you put in it ruined your new $40.00 white shirt. Write a complaint/claim to the manufacturer of the thermos.

Dear Sir/madam,
Recently I bought a thermos from your shop, but so it is terrible!
There is a serious leak! As I haven't noticed it, I make it contain grape, and it ruined my new white shirt which worth $40.00 but the thermos just spend me $8.95!I am so disappointed about it!
