Dear Mr. Manager,
I’m writing to complain about the poor quality of shoes in your store. One month ago I bought a pair of shoes from your store. It wears well as I like.However, it was broken in less than a month. It disappointed me much.
I choose to complain to you because I’m sure you will be able to take back the shoes and pay an indemnity.

Dear Sir/Miss:

I am sorry I have to write you this letter.
Last month I brought a pair of leather shoes in your shop. But now, within less than a month, it was broken. I am so disappointed about the shoddy workmanship of your commodity. They certainly do not match the name of your shop and service. Therefore, I have no choice but to return the shoes and ask for a refund unless you have a better explanation or solution.
