With regard to your concern about the services you got
on the 6 October, I have checked with the reception and
as a result I am in a position to respond.

Due to season reason, the room available is limited.
We asked for a booking fee form you, but we did not
receive the fee. As a result of this , there was no
reservation record with your name. We checked the
details on your booking and arranged your room again ,
so this made you waite for 45 minutes.
