1、不再受理新的订单。
2、 若客户因各种原因需要下订单，则合同价格需按照原有价格的110％上浮，若退税政策发生未发生变化，则退还多支付10％货款。
3、 对于正在生产中的订单，我们本着减少双方风险的宗旨在尽量赶货，各位业务员会在最短的时间内和客户落实具体的船期，请各位客户和制定的货代充分联系保证货物及时发出。
4、 对于定金和信用证已到达我方或者合同已经签订的订单但并没有开始生产的订单，因可能的出口退税政策的变化属于不可抗力，我方没有继续履行合同的义务，但本着对双方负责任的态度，我方希望能和您达成共识，暂定生产，避免双方的损失；若您愿意在出口退税政策发生变化时承担损失，我们可以继续生产您的订单。
因最近生产任务重，订单安排比较紧密，故所有订单均将按照定金或信用证到达日期的先后顺序来安排出货时间请各位客户在最大程度上予以理解。
