of cause stay in the same company
first of all you need a lot of time and power to find the new job .do you have the so much time ?
second one you must think about everything ,just like the distance to you home ,the envriment of the place and so on ,not only the money
third one you should let your famliy feel savety.no one want her hasband find his job all the time!

If I worked in the first company very pleseant, the salary is reasonable, the relationships with collegues are good,the future development meet agreement with my career plan, why do I change job?
如果在第一家公司工作开心，工资合理，跟同事关系融洽，并且在这里的发展跟我的职业规划相符合，当然不换！
If there are another company offers a much higher salary to me, and the salary is high enough, maybe I will change; or if am unhappy in the first company, there is the chance to leave, I will change too.
