随着近年来世界经济、中国经济和社会环境的迅速变化，企业创新能力日益彰显出对企业持续发展的重大意义。在知识经济的冲击之下，目前世界正在经历着一场深刻的经济、政治和技术变革，企业赖以生存和发展的环境正在发生根本的变化。特别是在这个新的世纪，由于高新技术的发展和知识革命的推动，企业增加了知识创新这个新的维度。内容管理是近年来受到广泛关注的理论之一，但无论是学术界还是企业界都存在偏重技术研究，对于企业内容管理的理论、概念等基本问题则较少有人关注。伴随着内容管理的飞速发展，基于内容管理的知识创新更是当今企业所必须开展的。
本文针对目前企业内容管理的现状，结合知识创新的基本理论，提出了基于内容管理的知识创新体系框架，讨论了其组成要素，并分析了其运行机理。在此基础上，本文提出了基于内容管理的知识创新体系构建步骤，并分析了其保障体系。
